Every order is carefully curated and packed by Jason and Jamie in Honolulu. As a dedicated team of two, we take great pride in preparing every package with care — and we ship on a clear, predictable schedule so you always know what to expect.
Our Weekly Schedule
Order by Monday
Place your order before Monday at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time to be included in that week's shipment.
Packed Tuesday
Every order is pulled and prepared by hand on Tuesday, inspected for quality, and packed with care.
Ships Wednesday
All orders ship on Wednesday. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Orders placed after the Monday 11:59 PM HST cutoff will be included in the following week's shipment. All products ship from our store in Hawaii — transit times will be longer for orders heading to the continent.

We ship using the United States Postal Service. At checkout, you can choose the USPS service that best fits your needs and budget.

Special Offers
Free Shipping
Free shipping on most domestic orders over $99. If your combined order weighs over 13 oz, you will be responsible for any shipping charges over $6.00 — we will invoice you separately.
Ohana Membership
As one of our Bead Gallery Ohana membership benefits, we are happy to combine shipping on multiple back-to-back orders. We will issue you a store credit or refund for the difference.
In-Store Pickup
Orders from live show sales can be picked up during our normal store hours: Friday through Sunday, 3 PM to 6 PM.
International Orders
We love our international Ohana! Please contact us before placing an order so we can determine the shipping costs for you.

If something is not quite right, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means an exchange, store credit, or a return.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Custom orders, sale items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
