Our Shipping Policy
Aloha and thank you for supporting our small, family-run business in Hawaii! As a dedicated team of two, Jason and Jamie take great pride in carefully curating and packing every order with care. To ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality of service to our entire 'Ohana', we operate on a clear and predictable fulfillment schedule.
Please note that all products are shipped from our store in Hawaii. Transit times will be longer for orders heading to the continent.
Our Standard Shipping Schedule
To ensure every package meets our high standards, we've streamlined our shipping process.
- Weekly Order Cutoff: Our cutoff for orders is every Monday at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
- Processing & Shipping Day: All orders placed before the Monday cutoff will be pulled and prepared on Tuesday and are guaranteed to ship on Wednesday.
Orders placed after the Monday 11:59 PM HST cutoff will be included in the following week's shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping Services
We ship using the United States Postal Service. At checkout, you can choose the USPS shipping service that best fits your needs and budget.
- USPS First Class Mail: 5–7 Business Days. This applies only to orders that weigh 13 oz or less. Starts at $6.00.
- USPS Priority Mail: 3–5 Business Days. Starts at $17.00.
- Optional Rush Processing: Need your order prepared faster? For a flat fee of $10.00, we will prioritize your order in our queue and ensure it is processed and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding holidays). This service expedites our handling time only; it does not change the shipping carrier's transit time.
Special Offers & Policies
- Free Shipping Offer: We offer free shipping for most domestic orders over $99.
- Please note: If your combined order weighs over 13 oz., you will be responsible for any shipping charges over $6.00. We will invoice you separately.
- 'Ohana Membership Benefit: As one of our Bead Gallery 'Ohana' membership benefits, we are happy to combine shipping on multiple back-to-back orders. If you place several orders, we will combine them and issue you a store credit or refund for the difference in shipping costs.
- In-Store Pickup: Orders from live show sales can be picked up during our normal store hours.
- International Customers: We love our international 'Ohana'! Please contact us before placing an order so we can determine the shipping costs for you.
