2025 flew by so fast that I'm still catching my breath. One minute I was setting intentions for the year, and the next I'm standing here wondering where all those months went. Sound familiar?
I didn't get a chance to really sit with everything that happened – the changes, the challenges, the moments that knocked the wind out of me. I just kept moving. We all did. Because that's what we do, right? We keep going.
But here's the thing I've been thinking about as we step into 2026: we can't keep carrying everything.
The Snake Knows Something We Forget
We're in the Year of the Snake, and there's a reason this creature has been a symbol of wisdom and transformation across cultures for thousands of years.
The snake doesn't hold onto its old skin. When it's time to grow, it sheds what no longer fits. It doesn't look back. It doesn't try to squeeze into something that's too tight. It simply... lets go.
