Aloooha! I had some questions from the beading crowd about purchasing on WhatsApp, so I thought I'd explain it all at once!!
Sometimes we post a photo with description, and you can long press or swipe to reply ON THAT ITEM and we will note it!!
We also use the POLL feature, so on those you just vote for the ones you want and we will add to your order!

HOW TO PURCHASE IN THIS GROUP!
Aloha, ohana! Every treasure is hand-picked by the two of us, Jamie & Jason, anywhere in the last 30 years!
- Reply on the item — Reply directly to the photo with your quantity ("1", "2", "1 strand"). Unattached replies can get missed!
- Polls — just tap your option and you're in. Want a different quantity? Direct Message aka Reply privately on the poll.
- Carts close weekly — $25 minimum before tax & shipping. Smaller carts simply roll over until they hit $25!
- Invoices are sent via email AND WhatsApp weekly — due when received. Discounts, pre-order prices & reserves last 7 days, then items return to the shop at regular price. Need more time, add-ons, pairs? Just let us know!
- Ohana+ Pay, Hold + Ship — $99+ equals free shipping. Every paid order added to the same bag thereafter is also free shipping, yay!

This means that we hold your goods until you pay. Then we hold it until we ship (or in the case of Ohana+, when you are ready).
This shelf is in constant motion with hundreds of items and hundreds of text messages.
Couple requests:
Want something in WhatsApp? Please REPLY to our original message. A new comment isn't attached to an item, and that's where it gets confusing for us.
If you change your mind, go back and delete your comment. Choose “Delete for everyone” when that option is available.
If that option isn't available, or your invoice is already made, please message us privately so we can check your order.

How do invoices and payment work?
Carts close weekly, with a $25 minimum before tax and shipping. We send invoices by email and WhatsApp. Open your link, check the items and quantities, then choose shipping or in-store pickup and pay through Shopify checkout. Invoices are due when received. If you need help or more time, message us.
What if my total is under $25?
Smaller carts roll over until they reach the $25 minimum before tax and shipping. You can keep adding requests as new items are posted.
Does every poll count as an order?
No. Some polls help us choose what to bring in, or simply ask what you like. Only vote to buy when the post says it is an ordering poll. Read the item, quantity, and price before choosing your option.
I voted in a poll. Should I also reply to the photo?
One request is enough. If you already voted to buy, you do not need to request the same item again. For a different quantity, Direct Message aka Reply privately on the poll and tell us the total quantity you would like.
Can I change something or add to my invoice?
Message us privately before paying if you need a change, an add-on, a matched pair, or more time. We will help you check the details and availability.
I cannot find my invoice. What should I do?
Check your email, including spam or promotions, and your private WhatsApp messages from The Bead Gallery. If you still cannot find it, message us and we will help.
