Happy Monday, everyone. This week's angel card is Truth & Integrity.
The angels are calling you to be true to yourself. Let go of anything that doesn't serve you, that feels inauthentic, or that doesn't align with your higher calling. If you're in a situation that doesn't sit right — something that feels "off" — call on your angels for help. Maybe it's a habit that's taking away from the things that matter, or something you feel obligated to do but know isn't right for you.
Be honest with yourself and act with love — love for yourself and for anyone else involved. That's how you stay on your path. Sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones that protect you and your family, but the angels encourage you to make them and will help if you ask.
Lapis Lazuli for Truth
Lapis Lazuli is the stone I reach for with this card. It encourages honesty, clear communication, good relationships, and wisdom. It helps you speak your truth — but in a loving way that helps you grow rather than burn bridges.
This is one of my favorites because you can put essential oils inside. Try lavender or rose oil to support your truth intention — the stone carries the energy, and the oil keeps you grounded in it throughout the day.
