In Hawai‘i, May 1st is “Lei Day,” a celebration of friendship and aloha shown through lei-giving. Stringing this necklace is like crafting a miniature sandalwood-and-pīkake lei you can wear year-round.

kuʻu·lei (koo-OO-lay) — Hawaiian for “beloved lei” or “sweetheart garland.”
Our daintiest Lei Day strand: just three luminous pīkake buds, a whisper of bronze sparkle, and a halo of fine 4 mm sandalwood beads. Lightweight, fragrant, and perfect for layering.
