We designed this bead ourselves in the Czech Republic. In the early 2000s, we traveled to Poland, Czech, and Germany to learn the traditional lampwork techniques — and came home with a line of beads made exclusively for The Bead Gallery. This one is the matte version of our aqua lampwork — same silver foil core, but with a soft, frosted finish that gives it an underwater glow.
