Based on ancient beads from Burma, these are made in a stone-cutting city in India; that has been doing this trade for over 4000 years. So they are pretty good at it!
Each turtle is skillfully made with amazing details! The gemstones were selected and cut to highlight the head, back, or with the gemstone eye.
