The raw sapphire is handpicked and drilled by Jason, and assembled with 14k gold-filled chain, wire and findings to order! If you'd like it tuned into your throat chakra, please choose a length so that the small sapphire will sit at the base of your throat, and we'll pick a beautiful stone!
