Next in our zodiac lineup is Pisces!
Pisces is a water sign and is the last constellation of the zodiac. Its ruling planets are Neptune and Jupiter. Pisces is symbolized by two fish swimming in opposite directions, representing the constant division of Pisces's attention between fantasy and reality. As the final sign, Pisces has absorbed every lesson - the joys and pains, the hopes and fears - learned by all of the other signs. This makes these fish the most psychic, empathetic, and compassionate creatures of the astrological wheel. Imbued with such immense sensitivity, Pisces can easily become overwhelmed by emotions and must remember to stay grounded in the material realm (appropriately, Pisces rules the feet).
Pisces have hearts that are as large as the ocean. Their capability for compassion and love toward all beings is a trait that we all should aspire to! Albert Einstein is another famous Pisces and once said "Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile." This totally encompasses Pisces!
Here's my off the cuff, free-form jewelry design thoughts for a Pisces:
- They're represented by Fish, so any type of fish charms or designs would perfectly represent this sign!
- Use a pop of Yellow to connect to the creativity of Jupiter - one of their ruling planets!
- Option: Add some Black Tourmaline for protection and grounding.
- Option: Use a mix of water colors
Lucky Stones: Amethyst, Aquamarine, Bloodstone, Clear Quartz, Black Tourmaline
Lucky Color: Mauve, Lilac, Purple, Violet, Sea/Light Green
Element: Water
Birthstones: The February's birthstone is Amethyst and March is Aquamarine.
Other Suggested Gemstones: Agate, Jade, Garnet, Pearl, Moonstone and Labradorite. As a sign that is both empathetic and sensitive, stones that give additional protection and grounding are great choices! They also balance the "water" of their sign with some Earth.

NOTE about Zodiac Recommendations:
Reading about our astrological signs - a way of recognizing the grouping of stars that were in the sky at the time we were born, is fun and insightful! It's an entertaining and meaningful generalization that can give us a glimpse of a person's BASIC characteristics, preferences, flaws and fears. At different times and situations in my life, I can associate myself with qualities emphasized in EACH of the signs, and it's a very cool way of bringing about an awareness and making me THINK and pay attention to myself and my life and the people around me! The very same way that I use beads to express myself and give me time to reflect and appreciate and heal.
