We moved to Queen Street and are currently OPEN via website, phone, text and private appointments.  We are doing orders, curbside pickup, shipping and the BEST WAY TO BEAD SHOP EVER!!!: Virtual or Private In-Store Appointments!

• Where is TBG based? Do you have a store I can visit?

We are are brick and mortar store located in Honolulu, Hawaii and while we are currently closed to in-store browsing, we definitely look forward to a virtual or private shopping visit. To schedule in our new store, more info here!

• Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from our store in Honolulu, Hawaii and offer curbside pick up!

• Can I expedite my shipping?

We do our best to ship within 5-7 days of payment.  Please contact us if you are having a bead emergency!

• Can I return something if I don't like it?

Yes, please contact us first to let us know the reason, and check out our Return Policy.

• When will my order ship and how much will it cost?
