December closes the year with stunning blues! Turquoise has been sacred to cultures worldwide — from Native American tribes to ancient Persians — prized for protection and good fortune.

My mom is a December baby and a true hippie of the 70's — I grew up watching her wearing turquoise rings and necklaces, and playing dress up with those stones, and that's where my love of this stone began.
