This is a fun satellite style chain with a tiny gold ball every half inch. The plating is secure for the price, and we tested this line of chains. In some cases, the plating wore thin to expose the brass underlayer, making the chain look "antiqued" and naturally worn. In other cases, the chain looked as good as new.
