I've been hosting Bead Jams for over 20 years, in person and online, and I can attest to the power of MAKING!

Sometimes we have mics and cameras on and bead together, or we answer questions and do quick demos.  Other times, we listen collectively to positive podcasts to lift our spirits while we bead quietly.  For example: we've done sessions dedicated to listening to Louise Hay's 101 Positive Affirmations while we bead for an insightful and meaningful beading session.
